Dispatch Policy:
As soon as you place an order, we will share the estimated delivery time on the order details page of our website. We will share all the details regarding your order dispatch via email. Our dispatch policy states that:
- For purchases from our Ready To Ship collection, the dispatch timeline ranges between 2-5 business days.
- For purchases from the customised collection, the dispatch timeline ranges between 1-2 weeks.
Shipping Policy:
- We provide shipping services across multiple locations in India. Our company relies on Shiprocket delivery partner to ship your products that are completely insured.
- We charge a standard nominal fee of ₹150 towards the shipping charges on all the orders.
- If the product is delivered in damaged or tampered condition, please refuse to take the delivery of the package and share the concern to our customer care executive for which we'll initiate a replacement in next 2 working days.
- The Cash on Delivery option is available only for ready-to-ship orders.
- We shall not be liable for any delays caused by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer or if the customer is not present at the time of delivery.
- If you are unavailable or decline to accept the delivery of your order when attempted by our service provider, we reserve the right to cancel the order at our discretion.
